Villa Eugenia is completely renovated family house from 19th century, located in little village Zagore near Brsec, known for one of the most beautiful beaches of Adriatic sea.
Beside that there you will find a few good local restaurants, coffee shop and a grocery shop. Nearby there is also a ferry port Brestova, ideal if you would like one day trip visiting the island of Cres. The well known tourist centers - Opatija or Rabac are reachable in only 20 minutes by car. House is nestled on the hill Prisunac with nice panoramic sea view, and with only two more inhabited houses, which makes this place ideal for relaxing family vacation. In sourrounding area there are more than few wild beaches, hill Sisol and mountain Ucka, as well as the numerous forest paths ideal for walking or cycling.
Villa Eugenia built in 1847. and completely restored in 2019 on 3800 sqm big property offers to the guests following facilities: heated pool of 32 sqm with counter-current swimming, sun deck with 8 sun loungers, covered terrace with portable barbecue and big table with chairs, another terrace with table and chairs for 8 people by the pool, children's playground, table tennis, badminton, darts, Nintendo Wii, and parking for 4 cars.
NOTE: The pool can be heated in pre-and-post season, surcharge 100€ per week, payable on spot.
Holiday villa for 6 persons, on two floors and surface of 220 sqm. On the ground floor there is a tavern with an equipped kitchen, large table and benches, table football, and a separate toilet. This part of the house has a separate entrance, but is also connected to the rest of the house from the inside. On the first floor that is reachable from the covered terrace with sea view there is new, modern and completely equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room and one shower/toilete in the hall. On the second floor there are three comfortable bedrooms each with double bed, and one big bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilete in the hall. House is completely airconditioned with two air condition devices. Special place on the second floor belongs to cozy little gallery with armchair where you can sit and relax while overlooking the sea and read a book or listening the music.
