This spacious 64m² holiday apartment is in the little harbour village of Sutomiscica on the east coast of the Croatian island of Ugljan in the Zadar archipelago, with a lush abundance of cypress, pine and olive trees. The traditional stone wall lends the air-conditioned (cool and warm) living room a rustic, homely, country house atmosphere. Here you can find a comfortable three-seater sofa, an artistically designed coffee table made of stone, a digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with a USB port, a CD player, a radio and a round wooden dining table with five matching chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a gas stove, oven, an extra large fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, while the second bedroom has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed measuring 150 x 200cm to accommodate two further people. The bathroom comprises a spacious shower cubicle, a big washbasin and wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and even a washing machine. The separate guest toilet is very convenient. A cot can be provided on request. Bed linen, hand towels and a reliable wireless Internet connection are available free of charge.
The holiday apartment occupies the lower floor of a two-storey house with a total of two holiday apartments and was completely renovated recently in 2014, tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities. You can get to the island from the boat harbour in Zadar. The boat crossing only takes about 20 minutes.
