This delightful two-bedroom apartment perched on a hill above Old Town Dubrovnik offers heavenly view to the island of Lokrum and the Adriatic Sea. The sleek apartment located in desired Ploče area gently combines nautical and classical elements presenting an unforgettable place for a Mediterranean escape.
The apartment (60 m2 indoor plus 30 m2 terrace) consists of one double bedroom with a queen size bed, a twin bedroom, bathroom with a shower, full kitchen and an open plan living/dining room with a table for four. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead onto a balcony with seating area and beautiful view over the sea. The apartment also has a nice terrace with sun loungers, shower room, parasol and built-in BBQ. The terrace area is not shared with other guests but the passage next to it is used to reach next door apartment. Amenities include air conditioning (all rooms), SAT LCD TV, DVD, hi-fi , wireless Internet, full kitchen with an oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher; iron/ironing board, hair dryer, BBQ, safety box. Public parking is available on the street below the property but availability is not guaranteed. The apartment can be combined with apartments Hedera A9 above and Hedera A8 below to accommodate total of 20 guests.
Ploče is a calm neighborhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. The apartment can be approached from the upper road walking 124steps down or from the bottom road walking 132steps up. Old Town, restaurants and many amenities are approximately 10 minutes walk down hill, for return trip it is recommended taking a taxi from Pile or Ploče gate, taxi ride would cost cca. 8 EUR or 60 HRK.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changedonly on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficienttowels and linen will be left in theproperty. *
