On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room with satellite reception, along with a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access the terrace area, which features a private swimming pool.
The first floor of the villa houses the three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double queen beds and one bedroom having a single bed. This setup is ideal for small groups or families of up to five people. The upper terrace of the villa offers a stunning view of the sea.
The outdoor area of Villa Rosa is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool (3x8m) and five deck chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
