The newly built luxury villa Anastazia is located in Starigrad, a small town in northern Dalmatia, just below the mountain Velebit. Only 35 meters from the sea, the villa offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Velebit canal and the crystal clear sea.
The accommodation capacity of the villa is appropriate for eight people. Of the four luxuriously decorated bedrooms, three have a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and one room has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. All rooms are air conditioned, and the modern designed ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers are fully equipped with all necessary facilities. Two bedrooms with beautiful sunset views also have a modern freestanding bathtub in front of the bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and categorized with 5 stars. In the spacious living room you will find various content such as Smart Satellite TV, PlayStation and a beautiful fireplace.
