Casa Mare Monti Livade offers the comfort of a private 230 sq feet pool where you can find refreshment on hot summer day – a great help on your way to forgetting those every day problems. Or you can enjoy the sun on deck chairs with a great view of the medieval Motovun. Adjacent to the pool, there is a side building with comfortable seats and bath with shower. In the completely fenced in garden, there is grilling equipment and plenty of room to romp around. In walking distance, you will find restaurants serving tasty regional dishes. Livade is world-famous for its truffles. On the ground floor you will find a cozy air-conditioned lounge with internet connection and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a big dining table and direct access to the garden terrace. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor; one with a 180 cm wide double bed with room for an extra baby bed; one with a 160 cm wide double bed with an additional single bed. Between the two levels, there is a bathroom with shower. A washing machine is also available. Private parking lots are in front of the house.
