Villa Sainte was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 270 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 700 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and provides accommodation for a maximum of 9 people, which will be distributed in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and 1 single bed (90x200). Each room has its own en suite bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and one room is located on the ground floor.
The spacious and beautifully decorated living room includes two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair and a romantic fireplace. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and next to it there is a modern kitchen with a work table, where you can easily prepare the most delicious meals for the whole family and friends.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.6 meters deep. Next to the pool there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing, and additional functions of the pool are massage jets and a jacuzzi inside the pool, which is suitable for children. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, where you can test your culinary skills and prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes.
Additional features of Villa Sainte include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and there are also 2 separate toilets. If you are traveling with children, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.
