It was built in 2020 with a modern style of construction and will delight you with its beautiful interior and luxurious exterior. Guests have at their disposal 300 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 650 m2. The villa is only 5 meters away from the clear Adriatic Sea, and from its premises, you can enjoy the view of the blue. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people who will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, located on the ground floor, and each of the rooms has an en suite bathroom.
On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a heated pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.35 meters. Next to it, on the sun deck, there are 8 sun loungers and an outdoor charcoal grill. Children can use swimming gloves or toys, which will definitely cheer them up.
On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen and dining room with a dining table for 8 people. There is also a study and an additional toilet.
