The villa was built in 2020 with a modern style of construction, and offers its guests 300 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 650 m2. It is only 5 meters away from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity to enjoy and swim in the clear and clean Adriatic Sea. The maximum number of guests that can stay in the villa is 8, and you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds. The special feature of this villa is the fact that from all its rooms you can enjoy the sea view.
On the ground floor, you will have the opportunity for the whole family to prepare delicious meals in a modern kitchen, next to which there is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. The kitchen also has a bar with 6 bar seats. Near the dining room is a living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV. On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
