Villa Diamond Sea is located southwest of the Pelješac peninsula, in a small village Kučište, which is about 5 km from the town of Orebić. Kučište has a view of the town of Korčula, and due to its specific position in the Pelješac Channel, which during the summer has a lot of strong but pleasant westerly winds, together with Viganj is a favorite destination for boaters and windsurfers. If you like to enjoy the full power of wind and sea, then Kučište is the perfect place for you and your loved ones!
Villa Diamond Sea was renovated in 2020, built in a contemporary style, and has 180 m2 of living space. What will especially delight you is the fact that the villa is located only 5 m from the sea and pebble beach. The maximum number of guests is eight, and the villa consists of the ground floor, 1st, and 2nd floor.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, a coffee table, two stools, and a book stand. Next to it, there is an exit to the outdoor terrace, a dining room with a table for ten people, and a modern kitchen with a bar and three seats. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can carelessly prepare meals for the whole family or a group of dearest friends. There is also one bathroom on the ground floor.
You can use the washing machine, dryer, and iron as additional facilities, and the villa also has a separate toilet. If necessary, there is a feeder and a baby cot.

On the 1st floor, you will be greeted by two bedrooms and one bathroom, and on the 2nd floor, there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m. Next to it, there are four deck chairs ideal for sunbathing during hot summer days. On the terrace, there is an outdoor gas grill and an outdoor dining table where you can try delicious traditional meat or fish menus.
As already mentioned, the location of the villa is exceptional with direct access to the beach, which is only 5 m away from the villa, and you can use a private boat mooring up to 8 meters.
Fans of active holidays will be able to indulge in swimming, diving, or running, and children inside the villa can also play PlayStation 4.
It is fully fenced and has four private parking spaces inside the yard.
Beaches in the vicinity of Kučište are sandy or pebble, so each guest will be able to find something for themselves. Also, shops, restaurants, cafes, and taverns are in the immediate vicinity, and the proximity of the tourist center of Orebić will provide access to everything you need. As far as cultural sights are concerned, the most prominent building is the baroque complex of the Lazarević family of shipowners, next to which is the late baroque church of Sv. Trinity.
Visitors are also offered excursions to neighboring islands such as Korčula, Mljet, and Lastovo, which you can easily visit from the nearby port of Orebić, or the town of Korčula, from where there are regular ferries to Orebić.
