The size of the pool is 9 m2 and it has an additional options of massage jets and geysers. Due to the open concept of the ground floor with large glass walls that opens, it gives the impression that the living room is actually a covered terrace. On the ground floor of the villa there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet and sauna for complete relaxation in your perfect vacation. In addition, all rooms in the villa have underfloor heating.
On the spacious terrace of the villa there is another long heated swimming pool 9 m long with a total size of 23 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are eight deck chairs for undisturbed enjoyment of the summer sun, and there is also an outdoor dining table and gas grill. Four parking spaces are available in the fully fenced yard of the villa. A special benefit of this villa includes a cleaning service three times a week for 2 hours.
