Villa Academia is a unique building that was renovated in 2022 and it is located in the town of Brsečine in Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The building has two beautiful large terraces with a magical Mediterranean garden with indigenous Dalmatian plants. The villa has complete privacy, it is fenced, and offers a unique view of the most beautiful islands of the Dubrovnik archipelago.
The villa has been completely renovated and built in a rustic style. It offers its guests 300 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 800 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while guests will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms with a direct view of the sea, with double beds and associated en suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the remaining four have a shower cabin. 2 additional guests can be accommodated in the villa as long as they are children up to 14 years of age.
There is a couch, a sofa, a chest of drawers, a table, and a TV in the living room. In the dining room, there is a dining table with 10 seats, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with ease.
Additional features of the villa include a washing machine, dryer, and iron. If necessary, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal as well.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 20 m2 and a depth of 1.55 m. There are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing next to it, a covered dining table, a lounge area where you can enjoy and drink your morning coffee, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
There are 3 parking spaces for guests outside the yard.
The host is at the disposal of the guests and is able to organize the preparation of authentic homemade dishes such as bread, lamb, and fresh fish delivered by the fisherman directly from the sea. Homemade food delivery can also be arranged, including vegetables and fruit from the garden, and homemade honey. Organization of a private chef is also possible, as well as massage services, organization of dinners, private boat tours, and transportation organization.
