Der Aussenbereich wird komplementiert durch private Parkplätze, einen Outdoorgrill, Trampolin und Spielhaus für die Kinder sowie einer Tischtennisplatte für die sportliche Betätigung im Urlaub.
Im Inneren der Villa befinden sich 4 große Schlafzimmer (2x Erdgeschoss, 2x 1.OG) mit Doppelbett und jeweils eigenem Bad mit Dusche. Drei der Schlafzimmer verfügen ausserdem über eine Badewanne. Ausserdem sind alle Schlafzimmer mit Satellitenfernseher und kostenfreiem WLAN ausgestattet.

Die Villa liegt mitten im wunderschönen Istrien. Von hier aus ist man in ca. 25 Minuten in Pula, Rovinj oder auch Medulin. In 35 Minuten ist man in Porec oder auch dem malerischen Küstenstädtchen Vrsar.
Zum nächstgelegenen Strand oder zum abendlichen Flanieren an der Promenade bietet sich Fazana an, das mit dem Auto bereits in 20 Minuten erreicht ist. Somit eignet sich die Villa perfekt für Ausflüge aller Art. Istrien hat zu jeder Jahreszeit etwas zu bieten, das es sich lohnt zu erkunden.
