Villa Liv is a beautiful modern villa situated in the eastern part of Istria. With the distance of only 4 km from the sea you have plenty of choices from walking, swimming in the sea, snorkeling or visiting Fishing restaurants. On country side, there is well known Istrian cuisine restaurants “trattorias” with local and Mediterranean specialties: truffles, olive oil, Istrian ox boškarin, prosciutto, cheese…
Our village is in small peaceful place surrounded with nature and privacy for combining both relaxation and active holidays. Any time you can enjoy some refreshment in a private pool or use indoor hydro massage hot tub and outdoor Jacuzzi.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large bright living room, a kitchen and dining area. On the outside, there is a private pool, garden with Mediterranean aromatic spices, a terrace with covered barbecue and outdoor dining area on traditional stone table. The villa is fully air-conditioned with large windows giving plenty of natural light and fresh air.
All the floor is covered with famous Istrian stone “Kanfanar” giving you the connection of modern and traditional style. Upstairs with outdoor whirlpool there is plenty space for sunbathing or enjoying some drinks watching only the nature with some music or listening the birds singing.
Around 8 kilometers from the villa is a town of Barban, known for its annual ancient cavalry game “The Race of the Ring”. Horse ranch in the vicinity offering trekking and horseback riding and unbelievable horse-riding in the sea. Adrenaline park “Glavani”is around 2 km from the villa, a diving center in a small bay of Krnica only 5 minutes of driving with your car. All around the villa is area of various hiking and biking trails.
The final step of your trips should be the historic town of Pula well known for her “Roman amphitheater” and summer music Festivals. Do not forget to connect yourself from Pula to small islands specially the “Brijuni” with many ferries visiting the protected Natural parks.
