Quiet holiday house with 4 units in Omisalj on the island of Krk. The house is located by the sea, only 90 meters from the beach. In the vicinity there are very beautiful varied beaches with rocky gullies, sandy coves and concrete bathing plateaus. The sea is very clean and clear. The house is located in a quiet residential with greenery, ideal for families or people looking for peace and quiet. The distance to the center is about 2 km, to the grocery store 30 m and about 500 m to the nearest restaurant. The house has 4 apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance and has at least two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, balcony-terrace with sea view. The apartments are fully equipped and nicely decorated - The apartment 1 + 2 are located on the 1st floor apartments 3 and 5 on the grounf floor and the apartment 4 in the attic. Sheets and towels (two per person) are changed weekly. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster, Internet Wi-Fi and a secured parking in the yard. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a room with a brick barbecue with a large table for 8 people and associated small kitchenette, which can be used by all guests. There are also 2 boat berths for boats up to 10m in length, so boat owners are very welcome. All offers and services mentioned so far are included in the price. The landlords themselves have a small boat with which they like to make a boat tour with their guests on request and for an extra charge.
