One is surrounded by greenery and features a unique covered terrace naturally shaped by the rock above creating a cool, shaded space perfect for slow mornings or relaxed evenings. The second villa enjoys beautiful Adriatic views, a sunny stone terrace, and preserved Roman stone walls near the pool that add a touch of local history.
Together, the property offers two private pools, gardens, sun loungers, BBQ areas, and outdoor dining spaces designed for easy days outside.
