The bedrooms are connected by internal stairs, Important note: the bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom in the attic (two separate beds) are not separated by a wall and a door. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances. A beautiful covered terrace with a table for chilling and deckchairs next to the private pool will delight the visitors of this beautiful, carefully decorated holiday home. Pets are welcome, with an additional charge on the spot. The pool is additionally heated in April and May and in September and October.
Svetvinčenat is located in the central part of Istria, on the Pazin-Pula road, surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards, the widely known castle of the Grimani family, churches and a beautiful bell tower. The place is only 20 kilometers from the sea and the town of Rovinj. Svetvinčenat is a small place with cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and a mini market. Cultural events and festivals during the summer are widely known and very well attended by guests staying in Istria.
