Modern, newly renovated (2017) ground floor holiday apartment with direct access to the garden and swimming pool
The holiday apartment is situated in Rupa (Kvarner, Croatia), a small picturesque place near the border between Croatia and Slovenia, in the vicinity of the mountains and the sea.
From the living room you have direct access to the private sunny terrace(50 m²) where is barbecue(gas), sitting area, deck chairs and sunshade, a table with chairs.
The terrace is divided into a shared and privete part, so the entrance to the swimming pool is from the common part of the terrace. The beautiful swimming pool (9 x 5,5 x 1,5 m deep),is surrounded with trees of apple,cherry and plums and common "green beach": garden with sun loungers and umbrellas. The building is surrounded by landscaped lawns and fruit trees. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. We do not accept pets.
The apartment is a separate part of a Family run Guest House(Bed and Breakfast).
It is situated in a calm street, in private property which is including living space about 3500 m².
It is located on the ground floor and benefits from a private entrance. The owners lives on the first floor.

Rupa is a very small place, but we have two shops-mini market with daily fresh bread and all things what you need from food do drogery things ( 300 metres distance), bakery shop (1 km), petrol pump (50 meteres), one caffe bar (50 meteres), a flower shop. One nice museum is in Lipa village 2 km from as. First big centre is Matulji, 15 km from Rupa, where is: supermarkets,banks, doctor, farmacia. Post office is in Šapjane 2 km distance from us. The sea is 20 km from as first beaches is in Opatija-Volosko,centar of tourisam in our Kvarner. From Rijeka we are just 25 km, and that is a capital town of this area, with lots of restaurants, museum, theatre, beaches, sports.
The owners offer a a laundry/drying service for a fee (in period of one week staying once a week during staying it is for free). There is also a children's playground, badminton, table tennis (ping pong), basketball, which belongs to the common spaces. In all space is free WiFi.
