Villa Anabel is located in Kaštelir, only 7 km from beautiful beaches and 12 km from Poreč. Only 500 to 800 m from the house we find a shop, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM, typical Istrian tavern, wine road and other facilities. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in 2006. This modern holiday home has its own fully fenced yard of approx. 400 m2 with a well-kept lawn and offers its guests the following outdoor facilities: a covered terrace with a dining table, a brick grill, a 24m2 swimming pool, a swing and a slide for children, and a covered parking lot for two vehicles.
This beautiful vacation home for 6 persons with an area of 170m2 on two floors is fully air-conditioned and consists of a high ground floor in which there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with access to a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and a view of the pool and garden , separate toilet and laundry room. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with its own shower/toilet, a children's room with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a spacious balcony with a wonderful panoramic view, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet in the corridor. In the basement of the house there is a wellness area consisting of a sauna and a jacuzzi, a separate toilet, and a tavern with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and an exit to the garden.
