This newly built villa Mata is located in a tourist place Malinska, on the island of Krk, near the beach and many attractions, but in a quiet area overlooking the sea.
The living room leads onto the terrace with pool and sunbathing area, where there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Outside you will also find a barbecue and a covered table with benches for socialising over good food and drinks.
The total area of the villa is 300 m² and has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a separate toilet as well as a fitness room. The rooms are very comfortable, each room has 20 square metres and its own bathroom.
The rooms are extremely cosy and spacious. Two bedrooms have a large double bed and an extra bed for one person, while the remaining rooms have a large double bed. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the first and second floors.
