On the first floor there is the exceptionally beautiful stone terrace with swimming pool which is only a few meters away from the water and is an ideal place for enjoying your favorite wine, socializing, lazing in the comfortable garden furniture or reading a promising book while the children splash around in the swimming pool and play undisturbed. On the terrace there are also two toilets with showers and a common storage room where you can put all the things you need on the beach, such as flippers, water wings, air mattress, etc quickly and comfortably.
