Located in a very quiet area of Stanići village above the coastal road, you are a short drive to get anywhere. Restaurants, bars, and nearest grocery stores are around 1 to 1,5km far, but the car is recommended because you are located above the coastal road. A small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina River are 5km far from the property and there are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town.

The beautiful beaches of Baška Voda are a 20 min drive but feel free to explore the crystal clear sea at Beach Tice 1,7km from the property.
