Villa Calma Briševo was built in 2022 in a contemporary style of construction, you have 250 m² of living space at your disposal, and the total area of the property is 2600 m². The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people who will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200). The villa also has 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the other two have a shower cabin.
The living room has a corner sofa, a coffee table and a TV, and there is also a dining room with a dining table that seats 8, and a modern kitchen that contains everything you need to enjoy delicious meals with your family and friends. Next to the living room there is a balcony with a sofa where you can drink coffee and read books.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 32 m² and 1.5 m deep pool, next to which there are 6 sun loungers. In the basement there is a tavern with a dining table and a wood or charcoal grill, and there is another outdoor covered dining table, a summer kitchen and an electric grill.
