This villa, situated in village Gradinje in Istria, stretches along 85 square meters which can accommodate four to six people and is made up of a kitchen and dining room, the living room with an exit to the terrace and a garden with a pool on the ground floor.
There is a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and a second bedroom with a double bed is housed in the attic. The bathrooms are positioned on the ground floor and in the attic. A sofa which can be opened up into a two-person bed is placed in the living room.
