Villa Labin is an idyllic family retreat with three bedrooms, secluded from roads and neighboring houses. It offers panoramic views and many amenities you would expect in a luxurious boutique hotel. Villa Labin is a testament to quality in every detail.
Beautiful pebble beaches are located in the town of Rabac, just a short drive from the villa. The long coastal promenade "lungo mare", the charming medieval town of Labin on the hill above Rabac, and large green spaces offer numerous recreational activities. Excellent local wines, cuisine, and restaurants will make your stay more than pleasant.
The outdoor area of Villa Labin includes a heated 11 x 5m pool and lush green lawns. The location of the villa and the 2000 m² garden ensure peace and privacy. The property is fully fenced to be safe for children and dogs.
The pool facilities are equipped with the latest technology. The pool is heated to a temperature of 28º C. The heat pump-heated pool allows for use in early spring and autumn, maintaining a constant temperature of 28 degrees. The fully automatic pool cover protects children and pets from accidents and unintended swims. The pool operates through saltwater electrolysis, reducing chlorine production to 10% compared to traditional chlorine water pools. This means you will not notice any chlorine smell, nor experience skin or eye irritations. The salt content is 6 times less than that of seawater.
The pool is cleaned twice a week, on Wednesday and Saturday.
At the villa, there are children's games such as rackets for badminton, beach ball, etc. The automatic irrigation system ensures the lawn is always green and is ideal for children's games. In the village of Zartinj, there is a small children's playground about 200 meters from the villa.
The villa is furnished in an exclusive modern style with designer furniture, high-quality appliances, spacious rooms, a luxurious German kitchen, and tasteful architecture with magnificent views from inside and out. The large rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and have upscale amenities.
All bedrooms in the holiday villa are equipped with air conditioning, as well as the living room and kitchen, totaling 5 air conditioning units. In addition, the villa has free Wi-Fi Internet.
The spacious kitchen is very roomy and equipped with an oven, microwave, built-in American fridge with ice maker, and dishwasher, all appliances from top brands. The large living room has a leather corner sofa next to a massive stone fireplace. Of course, there is also a 55-inch Smart TV with many German-speaking channels (satellite).
King-size master bedroom and queen-size box spring beds make your nights as pleasant as your days. The main bathroom with a landscape view is on the ground floor. The upstairs bedroom has a private bathroom with a massage shower, soft-close toilet, and sink.
Huge 4-meter sliding doors lead to the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean dishes. From the large balcony, you have a 180-degree view of the rolling hills and the old town of Labin.
Due to the large distance to other houses and the many green areas, your privacy and peace are protected. The garden and pool are south-facing, next to a large green area with incredible and unobstructed views of the distant Ucka mountains, the medieval town of Labin, the Ubas peninsula, the Rasa bay, and neighboring vineyards and olive fields.
There is a large parking area for at least 5 cars.
The entire house, garden, and pool are available for your exclusive use. Only you and your company have the right to access the house, property, and pool.
Bed linen, towels, pool towels, and kitchen textiles are plentiful and provided free of charge. The following services are included in the price: Weekly pool and garden maintenance, all flat-rate utilities, electricity and water, as well as heating and cooling.
Pool heating is free of charge from May 18 to September 2024. Outside this period, there is a fee of €10 per day for a guaranteed water temperature of 28°C. The pool is open but will only be heated on request, if the schedule permits, from November 3, 2023, to April 27, 2024.
The holiday home is looked after by a resident of Labin who speaks Croatian, German, and English fluently. She will welcome you upon arrival, hand over the keys, and briefly explain the house and things to note in and around the house/pool.
