This gorgeous stone made house with a spacious private terrace and a garden is ideally located in a quiet residential area within a short walking distance from the Old Town. Restaurants, shops, beaches and many attractions are a few minutes walking distance from the property.
The house spreads on 2 floors. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6, two double bedrooms with one of the bedrooms having en suite private bathroom, one additional bathroom in the hall, a full bathroom and an extra toilet can be found down the hall. The inside staircase leads on to the second floor of the house opening to a large living room area with lounge seats for 8 and a sofa. Left from the living room is another bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with shower by the living room. All bedrooms and living room offer partial sea view from the windows. The specious terrace in front of the house is surrounded by a garden and furnished with a dining table for 6 and a lounge area. It is completely surrounded by a stone wall to ensure privacy for the guests.
Amenities include: free WiFi, SAT TV, DVD, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, a fan in all the bedrooms (the thick stone walls keep the inside temperature of the house comfortable in the summer), AC units (living room and in 2 bedrooms downstairs), a furnished terrace and a BBQ. Private parking for one car is available at the street in front of the property.
House Hedera V is located in residential part of Pile-Kono area, just a 7-10 minutes walk from historical Old Town. The nearest ATM, minimarket, bakery and café are 50 meters away. The beautiful Adriatic Sea and nearest beach called Sulic is located 450 meters from the house.
The owner occupies the ground floor of the house, however the house has a separate entrance and private access to the property.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
