It is dominated by a picturesque fort, a former summer house of Trogir bishops from the 15th century, restored and adapted into an attractive hotel. The proximity of the villa to the ancient cities of Trogir (10 km), Split (36 km), and Sibenik (36 km) give you the opportunity to enjoy the ambiance of UNESCO cities in a short time. You can also make a nice tour visiting Krka waterfalls, a beautiful part of nature only a 50 min drive. The car is recommended.

It is located in a village named Dograde, on the hillside of the small Mediterranean town Marina (3km) which is a famous yacht harbor, also really close to a famous town Trogir (10km) with great history and many attractions. You need only a few minutes to get to the amazing and wide pebble beach (named Prališće or Poljica beach) with some water attractions which are 3km far from the property, the nearest shop is only 500m away, and supermarkets are 3km away.
