This fully air-conditioned villa is spread over two floors, ground floor, and first floor. After parking, you can take the stairs to access the central part of the villa where there is a 24m² infinity pool, a seating area with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area for 6 people next to which there is an outdoor BBQ grill.
On the ground floor of this luxury Dalmatian villa for rent and vacation, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with and induction stove, oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, range hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a dining room, living room with a comfortable sofa, SAT TV and Netflix, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. One of the 3 en-suite bedrooms is located on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the other two bedrooms have King-size beds.
