Renovated, large and comfortable stone house with a combination of local traditional style and modern house equipment. A minute away from the sea and beach, and on the other side to town center with some good restaurants, cafés and shops. Calm place, very suitable for families and children. All together house has 4 sleeping and 3 living rooms. The house consist of: the ground floor where is the main living space with joint dinning space and kitchen; two sleeping rooms are on the first floor; second floor and the attic are like two apartments, each with its own living space, shower room, two-bed bedroom (if needed there is also a sofa bed or a child-bed) and a smaller kitchen (first floor and ground floor also have a shower/bathroom). House is very well equipped with all the kitchen amenities, dishwasher, various coffee machines, washing and drying machine, Sat tv, 3 Tv's, HiFi, free WiFi everywhere, air conditioning in 5 out of 7 rooms (though quite rarely needed because of thick stone architecture), heating for colder months, books, and many other things described in facilities section. Shared garden in front of the house, with our light terrace furniture and barbecue is at your disposition.
