The living/dining room features a cozy open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), satellite TV, and air conditioning. It also provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. On the same level, you'll find one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/WC. Upstairs, accessible via an exterior staircase, there's another bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), and a third bedroom on two levels with two double beds (160 cm, 200 cm length), satellite TV, and air conditioning, leading out to the terrace. Additionally, there are two more showers/WC on this floor. Please note that there is no heating option available in the property.
