This stunning villa is situated on a very peaceful and intimate location in the natural preserve Limski kanal (Bay of Lim), which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The channel is a bit longer than 10 km and it is on both sides surrounded by steep cliffs, sometimes up to 100 meters high.
This luxurious five star villa is built in a contemporary style, offering lots of facilities for your relaxation. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate extra two auxiliary staff.
The Space:
The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, TV and stereo surround system, fully equipped kitchen with bar, dining area with a table for 10 people. In addition, at guest’s disposal are very well equipped gym & spa area and a billiard room with lounge area. All 5 bedrooms are with a double bed (dimensions 180 x 200 cm), but in one bedroom beds can be separated (90 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom each, with a shower and a tub. Also, all rooms have an open sea view.
A small sport airport located nearby the villa gives a possibility to guests to arrive with private jets or helicopters. We can organize the flight for up to 12 people for you or offer you arrival with a helicopter which can be at your disposal during your stay (everything by prior arrangement, surcharge). The runway is 800 m long. Furthermore, we can arrange panoramic flights and sightseeing of the whole Croatian coast with islands, all the way to Dubrovnik on the south.
