On the ground floor, which is reachable from the main entrance, there is a room for rest and leisure with a carefully assorted library available to the guests. Here is located a small laundry with washing machine and toilet (2m2). The room has a stone floor, so it's pleasantly fresh during summer, while one can use the fireplace to warm the premises during colder seasons.
On the first floor, there are two separate, tastefully decorated bedrooms(each 11m2) with double (queen-size) beds. On the same floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. This floor has a separate side entrance.
On the second floor, there is a vast room where you can find the living room with a large sofa and a modern tv, a dining area with a big table, and the kitchen provided with a gas stove, a dishwasher, a big fridge with freezer, and a coffee machine. This room has direct access to the spacious back garden overlooking the famous Motovun's city walls. In the garden, one can find two seating areas where guests can enjoy the excellent Istrian wines, morning coffees, or local gastronomic delicacies which can be prepared using the ceramic charcoal grill or, easy to use pizza oven that is available to the guests in this garden.
