Villa Santa Maria spreads over three floors
Ground floor has 80 m2 of living space and 2 separate entrances (perfect for families or group of friends, providing pleasant outside area for socializing, but also total privacy of two separated apartments if required). The area consists of two bedrooms with bathrooms, two living rooms, with a pool out sofa, connected to the modern equipped kitchens and dining areas and also opens to the spacious terrace, garden and the swimming pool area with loungers and garden furniture, an outside dining table, a Bbq, swimming pool, a fitness room, children’s corner and a sundeck area.

Upper part of Villa Santa Maria has 150 m2 of living space, set over two floors. Floors are connected with inner staircase.
First floor: the spacious living room opens to the balcony with the sea view and is connected to the private sundeck are by the modern “bridge”. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area also have a sea view. There is one luxury equipped bathroom on this floor, with a modern bathtub.
Second floor has three double rooms and one room with two single beds, as well as one spacious, luxury equipped bathrooms with a bathtub.
