Villa San Martino is a wonderful modern holiday home with swimming pool set on its own enclosed property on the outskirts of the village Šošići, just 3,4 km from the sea in the Lim bay and 11 km from Rovinj with its picturesque old town.
The house is a renovated semi-detached house (the other half is owned by the same owners and nobody lives there). The old stone house has kept some elements that give a special charm and will satisfy even the most demanding guests modernly equipped with designer furniture and plenty of light in the living room. Only a few minutes from the house there is a shop and some good restaurants, in Rovinj there are various sports and entertainment offers. Villa San Martino offers a swimming pool of 44 square meters with hydromassage corner, covered terrace with barbecue and gas cooking plates, children's playground with trampoline, swing and slide, badminton/volleyball net and three parking spaces.
Holiday home for 10 people of 255 sqm on three air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, a separate toilet. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet, one with double bed and bathtub, one with two single beds, one with double bed and exit to a spacious terrace. On the second floor (high attic) are two bedrooms with double bed and own shower/toilet, a play room for the youngest, also with shower/toilet.
