Villa Richi is spread over 980 m2 of living space and has three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious guest bedroom with private bathroom and a terrace, a kitchen and dining room, living room with a fireplace, SPA area with hammam, Russian sauna, small indoor pool, relaxation area and bathroom.Throughout the SPA area you can enjoy relaxing music, including in a hammam and a bath in which there is moisture-resistant acoustic equipment.
Also, on the ground floor there is a large dressing room, laundry room, wine cellar, pool table area, access to the technical area and a garage for three cars.
