On the ground floor, there is a small bathroom - in our new enclosed outdoor shower you can take a hot shower right next to the pool. In the open, well-equipped kitchen with bar, you can cook with friends or family and enjoy your meal at the large table in the dining area. The spacious living room offers two comfortable sofas, a large TV and a cozy area by the fireplace for cooler evenings.
The large, sunny terrace is accessible from the living room. The pool is located next to a seating area and comfortable sun loungers. This has a hot water shower cubicle (not visible). There are green areas around the house and a cozy hammock. There is a parking space on the completely fenced property, as well as another parking space in front of the house if required.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 2 with two single beds each and bedroom 3 with a king-size double bed), each with a spacious closet and a desk that can also be used as a dressing table.
