Sleek and simple architectural lines of the villa and understatedmodern interior designcombined with comfort and luxury define Villa Orasac Prestige. It is in a fabulous location, 1km from the beach. The accommodation ison three floors, and the living area is on the top floor to maximize the view. As the villa is built on a slope, it is entered from the garden on the roadside, into the top floor info the sitting room, whilst bedrooms are on lower floors. However, these floors are also raised, since they cascade down a slope and face the sea.
The open plan modern living space is unified by itselegant dark granite floor tilesand white walls. One whole wall is made of large glass panes which enable the view of a great expanse of the sea. They can also open, and the outside terrace becomes part of the living room. There are many comfortable leather sofas and armchairs to sit, relax and enjoy the view. The next area is a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and dining area.
