With heated infinity pool and stunning and breathtaking sea views, overlooking islands Brač, Hvar and Makarska town, it is ready for Your peaceful and relaxing vacation. Villa has 250 square meters with additional landscape of 120 square meters, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms.
The main floor includes a large open plan fully furnished and equip kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven…) with a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living /dining room which lead to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area includes lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Approachable from the kitchen is outdoor area where the BBQ facilities with dinning area are.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below. All rooms feature queen size beds, two of them are with built-in closets, one with wardrobe and all of them have beautiful bathrooms with luxurious glass showers.
Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where is an open roof terrace with an obstacle sea views.
