A private two-bedroom house, conveniently located in Cavtat old town, 70 meters from the sea front.
As you enter the house there is a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer etc.). There is also a washing machine. Also located on the ground floor is a large bathroom with a shower, and a living/dining area with a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, and a TV.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with access to a large terrace with beautiful views over the old town and St. Nicholas Church. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella for outdoor dining, plus sun loungers for you to soak up the sun and enjoy the view. There is also an additional toilet and washbasin accessed from the terrace.
There is a twin bedroom spanning the whole of the top floor with views of the sea.
The house is fully air-conditioned, with a unit on each floor. There is also cable TV, DVDs, books and free WiFi access.
The sea front and harbour is a short walk from the house, and here you will find ample bars, restaurants, shops, a post office, banks, pharmacy and several pebble beaches. From the sea front you can take a boat to Dubrovnik or the nearby islands.
For those arriving by car, parking can be arranged for an extra fee in the carpark 150 meters away from the house.
The house is a great choice for a family or group of friends looking to stay in the town centre, convenient for the bars and restaurants but slightly set back in a quiet location.
