The beautiful modern Villa di Goya, located in the protected Croatian vineyard Dingač, represents everything you have long dreamed of. Built in 2020 in a modern style using local stone, Villa di Goya is situated 100 meters from the beautiful Dingač pebble beach. With its 220 m2 of living space, it can accommodate a maximum of 8, ideally 6 people, with a total area of 390 m2. On the top floor of the villa, guests will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), and each room has its own bathroom with a shower.
The villa offers a sea view from all rooms, which will particularly delight you. On the ground floor, there is a living room consisting of a corner sofa, two coffee tables, an armchair, and a television. The living room opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a dining room with a table for 8 people, and next to the dining room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and two bar stools.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated infinity pool with electrolysis and saltwater, measuring 34 m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Next to the pool, there are sun loungers perfect for enjoying the sun and reading your favorite books with a panoramic view of the Adriatic.
The terrace also features an outdoor dining table and a charcoal or wood barbecue, which also includes a summer kitchen. It is a place where you can relax in the company of family and friends and savor your favorite dishes that will satisfy every palate.
There is also an extra bed in the villa (sofa in the living room 140x200 and extra bed 90x200). You can also use the washing machine, iron, and a separate toilet. Upon request and prior arrangement, it is possible to use a baby crib and a high chair.
