Villa Cati was completely renovated and modernized in 2022. The fully air-conditioned villa with a heated pool is located on the edge of the forest in Gostinjac and offers peace and quiet from everyday life. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay in spring and autumn. The nearest sandy beach Spiaggia Sv. Marek is only 7 minutes drive away.
The house is furnished to a high standard and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and each with a bathroom. A fully equipped and open kitchen with living and dining room, guest toilet is on the ground floor. In the basement is a living and games room equipped with table football, darts, badminton, toilet and a pull-out couch for two additional guests. Each living room is equipped with air conditioning and TV. An additional baby travel cot and children's crockery are available for families. A washing machine is also available in the adjoining room. The garden area offers a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill and a comfortable seating area. The pool with sunbathing area under palm trees provides relaxation. At the rear of the house is a lounge with an open fireplace to lounge on next to the trees.

A contact person will greet you at check-in. If he doesn't make it in time or you're late, there is a key box. That means you can even arrive at night. Access to Villa Cati is via a road that narrows 10m in front of the house. This is not a problem for normal cars, large vehicles such as mobile homes do not fit through here and have to be parked outside.
