Villa "Lipa" is a captivating vacation home of exceptional quality, which is especially family-friendly. The villa can be reached via a private road. It is located just outside the picturesque village of Prodol, in an absolutely quiet and secluded location on a beautifully landscaped garden plot, which is surrounded by a quarry stone wall. The small forest of lime trees bordering the property emphasizes the seclusion of this property, where you will spend an undisturbed vacation. The villa, built in 2007, was designed according to the Tuscan model, but in Istrian stone construction. The beautifully landscaped garden with the lovingly laid natural stone paths connects the main house with the chic pool area with huge natural stone sun terrace and the fabulous summer kitchen of a size of 38 sqm. Under the sun terrace there is a large dining table, a kitchen area with gas stove, gas as well as wood grill, fireplace, bread oven, refrigerator, wine cooling cabinet and to perfect the vacation mood CD player with speaker system. Here you can spend wonderful barbecue evenings in nice company. On the surrounding lawns your children have plenty of opportunity for free play (or they can visit the playground, which is only 250 m away).
The interior decoration - also in Tuscan style - is absolutely high-quality and kept in a very cozy rustic style. The large fireplace room serves as a living room and TV room at the same time. For the little visitors there is a separate table with matching chairs, where they can play wonderfully. In front of the kitchen is the cozy dining room - in cooler temperatures you can enjoy dinner in the dining room with the rustic wooden furniture. The modernly furnished kitchen in moss green country style has all the comforts you don't want to be without, even on vacation: Toaster, coffee and tea maker, kettle, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, large fridge-freezer and much more. Directly at the house you will find another covered outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking into the Mediterranean garden and the linden forest. On the same level are 2 of the 4 bedrooms, each with a modern bathroom en suite. In addition, you will find the practical utility room with washing machine. In the basement is the "wellness area" with sauna and wine cellar. In the walled wine cellar you will enjoy a good glass of Istrian Malvasia wine even more. The 2 other bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the neat villa and share another bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace, the stairs leading down from there will take you directly to the garden and the pool.
In the surroundings of Prodol you can enjoy numerous leisure activities from hiking to cycling to horseback riding at the horse farm, which is only 1.5 km away. Water sports such as diving, sailing or a swim in the sea can be enjoyed on the beaches of the Istrian peninsula, just 6 km away. Distinctive places like Marcana, dominated by the parish church in the center of the village, offer an incredibly natural setting with cliffs and views of green peninsulas and bays, from whose shores you have a priceless view of the sea. Stores for daily needs and restaurants can be found in the village of Prodol itself. Visits to the surrounding larger cities such as Labin and Pula are quickly possible by rental car, the beautiful cities are 16 and 17 km away respectively. Labin is a beautiful medieval town that has undergone a major transformation since the closure of the coal mines and has now become an artist and gallery town that is very attractive, especially for young people. Pula, on the other hand, has an urban character and offers incomparable sights such as the perfectly preserved amphitheater, where concerts and other events can be regularly attended. Whatever you feel like doing during your vacation, enjoy the natural and cultural diversity that Istria has to offer. Whenever you return from your day trips to the cities or to the beach, you can look forward to the luxurious villa "Lipa", which leaves nothing to be desired with its facilities and the dreamlike solitary location.
