The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in the original Istrian style in 2006. It is located in its own garden with a well-kept lawn, a 24m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a covered terrace with sitting set, a barbecue with a bread oven, and private parking for 2 cars.
