One of the rooms on the lower level features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and satellite TV (flat screen) with air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level.
