The villa is close to the ferry port to visit the islands of Cres, Losinj and Krk and close to Pula Airport. It is surrounded by greenery and a large, fenced garden of 1500 m2, so it is the right place to relax and enjoy nature and the benefits of Mediterranean vegetation to recover from the hustle and bustle of the city.
