The house is 200 metres from the sea, in a cul-de-sac with virtually no traffic, where children can play badminton and football. The owners live in a separate part of the house.

The nearest fish market is in Karlobag six kilometres away, but the fishermen often offer fresh fish for sale directly from their boats. It is ten kilometres to the ferry to the island of Pag. Within 50 to 100 kilometres there are the three nature reserves of Velebit, Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica.
