This beautiful holiday villa with swimming pool is situated under a 700 year old olive tree and is only 100 m away from the sea. The stone villa offers comfort for 6 guests, and everyone will enjoy the combination of modernity and tradition.
The 100 m² villa is divided into two wings. In the south-west wing there is a rustic living room connected to the kitchen, dining room, fireplace and a small toilet, while in the south-east wing of the house there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Each room contains a double bed and an extra bed, so accommodation in the stone villa is ideal for families. There is also the possibility to expand the couch in the living room for two guests.
On hot summer days you can find refreshment in the swimming pool located in front of the villa. You can enjoy complete privacy in it, because the stone wall protects you from all prying eyes.
The grill has a special "taste" in the summer, and you can enjoy the best Dalmatian fish, freshly caught from the sea, on the fireplace, which you can find in the villa's yard. Breakfast facing the sunrise and dinner facing the sunset have never been closer...
Please note: A "final cleaning fee" of EUR 80 is payable in cash on site. Guests over the age of 12 pay the "tourist tax" of EUR 1.50 per person in cash on site.
