It is situated only 8km from the famous town of Split, with many historical attractions well worth visiting, only 1.3 km from a crystal-clear pebble beach in Podstrana, a minimarket at 650m, and 1.5 km from restaurants. * The ground floor (pool level) offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a glass door toward the pool, and an outdoor dining area. A living room with a flat-screen TV, A/C, and a comfortable sofa. A Bedroom No1 with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV, and an exit toward the outdoor sundeck and pool area.
