This romantic natural stone holiday villa is located only a mere 20 m away from the sea on the top of the sunny Croatian island Šolta. The house is positioned along the coast, ideal for vacation and relaxation with your family and pets. It is situated approximately 9000 m from the town centre of Stomorska (otok Šolta). The villa is surrounded by rocky and concrete beaches. If you want to spend your vacation in peace and quiet, away from the crowded beaches and noise as well as to enjoy the scent of nature near the sea, then this is the perfect place for you.

The temperate inside the house is always pleasant, even during the hot summer days due to its stone structure. The villa offers a generous living space of 90 m² spread across two floors. It offers four bedrooms and can accommodate seven persons. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living area, a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. The simply decorated stone house is equipped with solar cells (12 V with inverter for 220 V intended for TV, cell phone and laptop). Large consumers of electricity are not recommended. This is a pet friendly accommodation - only by prior arrangement with the owners.
There is a boiler heated by solar energy in front of the house and it can be used in the house as well as on the outside shower.
A 6 km bad gravel road will lead you to this house and your host offers transfers from the ferry port in Rogac to the facility.
