Enjoy your dream holiday in Villa Sterpazzi, only 8 minutes drive from the beach in Porec. The villa was built in 2016 and built in the traditional Istrian way from stone.
Villa Sterpazzi has four elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with elegant furniture and have a private bathroom, LCD flat screen smart TV, king size bed (200 x 210 cm), air conditioning and a terrace with sea view.
The whole villa has WiFi internet and underfloor heating. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and the cosy living room. This bright space is open-plan so that guests can enjoy wonderful views of the garden and swimming pool. Pool can be heated*.
